Things I wish I'd done Differently as a first time Mom.

There is no preparing you for your first baby, You take on board the advice passed down for you and hope for the best. You're both hopefully that your instincts will always be right and petrified that you'll somehow mess everything up.

Taking care of yourself is so important and when I say that I mean its important to take some 'Me' time every now and again. Run a bath, shave your legs, give your body a little TLC.

My relationship with my post baby body.

Having a baby changes you in more ways than one. My body grew a living breathing human and then somehow I gave birth to said human. Obviously my body is going to change and although I miss my pre baby body, I'm having to get used to the fact I'm not getting it back.

Fabulous hair care with Grow Gorgeous.

Being a mom is hard work, you don't tend to get very much self care time. I pretty much restrict myself to beauty items that are quick and effective to use because I never have more than five minutes to get ready in a day.

Five things we changed our minds about once the baby was born

Being pregnant for the first time is a combination of being force fed advice on how you should raise your child and the being told 'Listen to your instincts'. Six months of motherhood

Pinch me, slap me, do something! Rupert is six months old and I am crying. Half a year has gone by with my little boy and I can't believe it. When people tell you they grow up fast it's hard to believe that they actually do. Newborn Ru seems only a few days ago, the little boy who could fit on my forearm and slept for 20 hours a day.

Autumn Beauty Essentials

To be quite frank, my beauty regime has gone significantly downhill since I had a baby. Mainly because I don't have time to sit and contour my face or use copious amounts of products. My routine is now a lot more simple and refined and with it being autumn I need products that aren't going to battle with the dry skin the cold brings.
